Pallet Tops
Pallet tops are available ex stock in standard sizes but can be produced to order in any size. Pallet tops are easily applied over the top of the pallet to act as dust covers for in-house storage or can be secured using tape or stretch wrap to offer additional protection during transportation. Pallet tops differ from a full pallet hood in that they only come down about 1/3 of the way and so are normally used in conjunction with stretch wrap.With hand applied or automatic stretch wrappers it is almost impossible to secure the top of a pallet properly. Pallet tops provide an effective solution to this problem.

Pallet Hoods
Paramount supply pallet hoods ( or pallet liners ) in a range of sizes and specifications. If we do not stock the size you require it can be produced quickly. Hoods can be heat shrinkable, stretch hoods or can be applied loose in conjunction with strapping or pallet stretch. Hoods can be natural, white opaque with or without UVI , black with or without UVI, or any other colour subject to minimum order quantity. Hoods can be printed in up to 6 colours. Thickness will depend on application and we are happy to advise on this.
Paramount also supply shrink guns for hand shrinking of pallet hoods - see below in this section.

Edge Protectors
Paramount Packaging supply edge protectors for use with pallet hoods or pallet stretch. Edge protectors are available in varying lengths and strengths. Pallet edge protectors are easily applied and kept in place by the outer stretch or pallet hoods, they protect the exposed edges of your boxes or cases during transportation and handling, providing real additional strength and support to your valuable products.

Pallet Sheets
Paramount Packaging stock and supply polythene pallet sheets. Pallet sheets can be used as follows;
(a) As a base sheet - applied directly on to the pallet before packing to protect goods and packaging from dirty or damp pallets, or pallets becoming wet during transportation or storage.
(b) Interleaving of rows of product as the product is stacked.
(c) top sheet - to protect the top of the pallet. See also pallet tops this section.
Pallet sheets are particularly useful where either your packaging or product or both are susceptible to damp or where a clean image is important example electronics and computer products, pharmaceuticals, food and drinks, animal feeds, milk powder.
