Tyvek pouches
Tyvek pouches are produced from the patented Dupont material Tyvek. This material has a paper look but is in fact a plastic product. It's unique multi layer and fibrous structure gives this material extreme strength and the material will not be torn or ripped by hand. Whether hot sealing or permanent adhesives are used access will not be gained to the pouch without use of a sharp blade or similar item.

Tyvek Pouches
The almost indestructible nature of Tyvek makes it particularly useful where the integrity of the contents are of paramount importance to the end user. For example medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and similar sensitive products. While Tyvek is an opaque material it's makeup means it can be coupled with other natural or transparent plastics to give a view of the contents from one side, with the Tyvek side being printed with branding or information. The finished pack is also suitable for radiation sterilisation after filling. Tyvek can also be supplied to a clean room specification suitable for use in clean room environments and for the packing of pre sterilised products.
